Najib doing what he does best - making a fool out of himself. This time he's making awfully childish comments on "his" television station - TV3. Is this what Malaysia wants in a PM? A 10 year old kid in an old man's pants? No wonder nobody respects you. Utter shame. In case you don't understand Malay... :-) Najib Razak, Malaysia's current PM. He's commenting on Anwar, the opposition leader. During a street rally Anwar got hit by tear gas and was hospitalized, so he's poking fun at Anwar by calling him a wuss, and teasing him on "his" national TV. Malaysian mainstream news is government controlled you see - so they use it to spread their propaganda, like this one.
